Kaleigh (“Kales”) is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) based in Atlanta, GA. Her passion is helping clients achieve their health and fitness goals through personalized nutrition coaching. Before starting her practice, Kaleigh worked as a clinical and outpatient dietitian with The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center and Wellstar Health. She also taught nutrition as an adjunct professor at Berry College. Outside of work, Kaleigh enjoys playing tennis, traveling with her husband, and trying new recipes and restaurants.

Here are the core nutrition beliefs that guide Kaleigh’s practice as a Registered Dietitian:

  • Individuality There is no “one size fits all” approach to nutrition. Every body is unique in design and nutrition needs. Kaleigh completes comprehensive assessments to understand the unique nutrition needs of each client and takes a client-centered approach to honor clients goals, beliefs and values.

  • Sustainability Research has proven time and again that short term diets do not provide lasting results. Kaleigh helps clients establish lasting lifestyle and mindset changes to improve overall health for the long term, rather than promoting diets or quick fixes that are unsustainable.

  • Evidence-Based Nutrition is a science and constantly evolving. Kaleigh stays up to date on the latest research to inform her personal practice and to provide clients with the latest recommendations backed in science.

  • Mindful Eating Nutrition can be simple when we are in tune with our body. Kaleigh teaches and encourages mindful eating practices to help you connect with your body and create a healthy relationship with food.
