Through Nutrition Coaching, I provide you with the knowledge, tools and accountability to achieve your health and perfomance goals and build sustainable, healthy habits that are tailored to your unique needs. I help you connect the knowledge of nutrition to simple, practical steps while providing ongoing accountability and support for lasting results.

- 60 minute initial nutrition assessment, diet analysis, education and goal setting

- 30 minute follow-up sessions with ongoing education, personalized nutrition recommendations and goal tracking

- Access to private coaching app for ongoing support and accountability between sessions

- Recipes and meal planning resources

All nutrition coaching is held virtually via video chat or phone calls.
